We formulated No Worries as a "nervine tonic"—a blend designed to nourish the nervous system rather than just knock you out. We pair the immediate relaxation of Kava Root with the long-term support of Oatstraw and Holy Basil (Tulsi).

Why It Works

Unlike our sleep teas, this blend is spicy and warming. The Cinnamon and Orange Peel provide a comforting flavor that grounds you, while the Kava takes the sharp edge off your anxiety. We added Wood Betony, a traditional herb used to treat "frantic" energy, making this the perfect companion for high-stress workdays or the "Sunday Scaries."

Does this make you sleepy?

It is relaxing, but not a sedative like Valerian. Most people find it calms the mind enough to focus, rather than putting them to sleep. However, Kava affects everyone differently, so try it at home first.

Is this safe for kids?

We do not recommend Kava products for children. For a kid-friendly calming tea, try our Chamomile Lavender or Honey Rooibos.

Can I drive after drinking this?
